Payment. All transactions are made conveniently and securely through Paypal services which accepts all major credit cards, direct transfer from a checking account or a Paypal account.
No commission fees. We do not ask for any commission fees for a successful sale or rental through our website. We are only glad to have helped with your success.
No referral fees. We do not ask for any referral fees for a successful lead to the sale or rental of your property. We are glad just to be able to bring more exposure to your property with the great services we offer. We would also like to point out that we absolutely do not sell your private information to any third party vendors as leads.
Renewal. We offer all listings, whether they were initially free or paid, to be optionally renewed for the pricing below. If you choose not to renew your listing then you do not have to do anything as your listing will automatically be delisted on its expiration date.
